Day 1: From the city center to Castel Gandolfo

Your journey starts right from the center of Rome! Pedaling along the Tiber, accompanied by your guide, you will make like a journey through time! From the hustle and bustle of the center in fact you will suddenly find yourself surrounded by the Roman countryside treading one of the oldest roads in the world, the Via Appia Antica!
Here you will be surprised by the guide's tales as you feast your eyes on so much beauty. There is just one thing that will make your ride even more engaging: a visit to the Catacombs or alternatively to the Underground of Rome. You will be amazed! Slowly riding along the ancient Roman paving stones you will reach Castel Gandolfo,one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Here you will be enchanted by the beauty of the archaeological and naturalistic heritage of great value, as well as appreciate a panoramic view of the lake and hills.
The day concludes with dinner and overnight stay in two real local institutions, where you will delight your palate with expertly prepared dishes and rest in a place full of history and charm.

Day 2: Discovering the Castles

Today will be the turn of cycling in the heart of the Castelli Romani!
We will leave Castel Gandolfo and head up in the direction of Montecavo, which offers splendid views of lakes Albano and Nemi for taking your Instagrammable photos, as well as being a place of great naturalistic interest, with a rich and varied forest.
Heading then toward Frascati we will also stop in Rocca di Papa, Marino and Grottaferrata.
With this excursion you will get your fill of history and art thanks to the riches offered by these villages, also among the most beautiful in Italy. 
So the time has come to immerse ourselves in a unique experience: a ride through a vineyard on a historic Frascati estate!!!
Here you will hear interesting anecdotes about the production of the area's flagship product: wine! At the end of the tour you will then be pampered with a tasting of local wines and samples produced by the farm.
Dinner will undoubtedly be the perfect ending to this day of discovering the authentic flavors of the area.

Day 3: Get to know the Vineyard


The third day will be devoted to the history and beauty of Frascati.
This little pearl of the Castelli was the summer residence of many popes, cardinals and nobles, who built splendid villas here, such as Villa Aldobrandini.
A stop on the Grand Tour, visited by internationally renowned travelers and artists, Frascati still retains the charm of its history dating back to before the 'vassal era, when it was a fief of the Church after the destruction of Tusculum by the Romans. And right here we will arrive to photograph a breathtaking view of Rome and visit the archaeological park.
The shuttle will be waiting for you with your luggage to return to Rome immediately after lunch.

• For organizational reasons, the hotel may place participants in another related facility, with equal treatment. Some hotels may require a credit card at check in to guarantee any consumption or extra services (minibar, spa entrance,...). The card is released at check out.
• The itinerary may be subject to changes before and/or during the vacation due to organizational reasons, weather conditions (to be understood as heavy thunderstorms only and not drizzle) or provisions of local authorities.There will be no refund for changes or non-performance of the program due to the above-mentioned causes. In case of closures not foreseeable at the time of program publication, we will substitute the planned visit with other places of interest.
• We expect you to be fit to tackle this route: check well the level of difficulty and the characteristics of the route, and ask us for help if you have any doubts. It is essential to know how to ride a bicycle with a minimum of experience in its use. People deemed by our guide to be unfit for the trip, or with physical issues that preclude the safe conduct of the tour, will not be admitted to the group. There will be no refunds for unsuitable persons.
• Please indicate at the time of booking any allergies, intolerances or dietary habits (e.g. vegetarian, vegan diet...). We will notify the facilities of your request. To be safe, bring a small supply of special foods (e.g., gluten-free) with you.
• Remember to check out in the morning, right after breakfast, so that you do not leave any documents required at the hotel during check in. In fact, at the end of the tour you will not return to the hotel, your luggage will be transported by our transfer service directly to the rental point (meeting point).
• The Package's included Luggage Transfer service provides only and exclusively for one small/medium sized trolley per person. Any other additional luggage may be transported upon agreed request and extra payment.
• Remember to charge the E-Bike battery overnight so that you have all the levels to ride the next day.
