- If you choose the two-day or multi-day options, check with the accommodation if it is possible to put the bicycle in safe places; this is a mandatory factor. Parking your bicycle on the street at night is not recommended
- Cycling on the Via Appia Antica with city bikes is not recommended; Mtb bikes are recommended instead
- We will apply a penalty of 100% on cancellation, if the reservation is cancelled 1 day or less, before the event
- We will apply a penalty of 0% on cancellation, if the reservation is cancelled 999 days or less, before the event
