- Minimum number of participants: The tour requires a minimum of 4 participants. If the number is not reached, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
- Maximum Group Size: The limit is set at 8 guests per guide to ensure a personalized experience. We can be flexible (1-2 extra guests) so as not to separate family/group bookings; the tour can still depart with fewer than 6 people.
Route, Safety, and Variations
- Route: The 100% tour takes place in the City Center and on the Tiber River bike path. Although the routes are carefully selected, it is important to note that light surface traffic is occasionally unavoidable.

- Riding Experience: You must be able to ride a bicycle confidently.
- Discretion of the Guide: A brief assessment test will be conducted prior to departure. The guide reserves the absolute right to refuse participation (without refund) to any guest deemed unsuitable due to driving ability or physical/mental condition.

- Infants: Infants and children (up to 20kg / 44lbs) travel free of charge using a provided child seat.
- Children: Children (under 139 cm / 4 ft 7 in) must use a bike extension (tag-along/trailer).
- Minimum age for e-bikes: The minimum age for riding your own e-bike is 12 years.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the Tour.
- No refund if cancellation occurs within 24 hours before the start of the experience
