You can add a paid extension that lets you cancel up to 24 hours before instead. Inside your cancellation window we can't refund you, because by then we've already set aside your bike and planned your guide's day around you.

You may reschedule to an alternative date subject to availability. No cash refund is issued for cancellations in this window.
No refund or rescheduling is available. The booking is considered used. This applies to no-shows as well as late cancellations.
Secure Booking is an optional add-on available at checkout for a small fee. It gives you extended flexibility — particularly useful if your travel plans are uncertain or if you're booking well in advance.
Cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of the experience cost. The Secure Booking fee itself is non-refundable.

Multi-day cycling tours involve significant logistical preparation — accommodation, luggage transfer, guide coordination, and partner bookings. For this reason, our cancellation windows are longer than for standard day experiences.
Cancel for any reason at no cost. Full refund of all amounts paid, including any deposit.
50% of the total booking cost is retained. The remaining 50% is refunded to your original payment method.
No refund is available. At this stage, accommodation, transfers, and guide fees have been committed on your behalf.
If Bicycle Roma cancels a multi-day tour for operational reasons (e.g. insufficient participants or force majeure), we will offer either a full refund or an alternative departure date. We will never cancel a confirmed multi-day tour without providing a resolution.
Our Starry Nights experiences and StarsBOX packages have their own terms, reflecting the unique nature of the accommodation and the preparation involved in these overnight experiences.
You may change your date once at no charge, subject to availability. Please request this as early as possible.
Cancel for a full refund. A second date change (after the first free change) is treated as a cancellation and falls under this rule.
No refund is available. The StarsBOX experience is a logistically intensive setup and cannot be resold at short notice.
Group bookings (10 or more participants) and corporate experiences are managed under a separate agreement confirmed at the time of booking. The following represents our standard framework — specific terms will be set out in your booking confirmation.
Full refund of any deposit paid. No cancellation fee applies.
50% of the total group fee is retained. The deposit, if already paid, is counted toward this amount.
100% of the total group fee is retained. Guides, bikes, and logistics are committed at this stage.
Participant count reductions of more than 20% within 14 days of the experience may be treated as a partial cancellation and billed accordingly. We will always discuss this with you before making any charge.
Regardless of when a cancellation or modification request is made, the following situations are non-refundable in all cases. We are always transparent about these before booking, so there are no surprises.
