• Respect for Cultural Sites: When visiting places of worship, be sure to wear appropriate clothing (covered shoulders and knees).
• Nature Conservation: We will be passing through protected green areas and archaeological sites. We ask you to help keep the area intact by refraining from picking up objects, damaging plants, or disturbing wildlife.
• Resource Management: Resources are precious all over the world. We kindly ask you to pay attention to your water and energy consumption in your accommodations.
• Courtesy in Accommodations: Please respect the internal regulations of the accommodation facilities to ensure efficient service for all guests.

• Guaranteed Departure: The tour is guaranteed upon reaching the minimum number of participants (4 people).
• Policy in Case of Low Number of Participants: If the minimum number is not reached, you will be offered the option to switch to an alternative tour or receive a full refund of the amount paid.

ACCOMMODATION AND LOGISTICS

• Hotel Policy: For organizational reasons, the assigned hotel may be replaced with another partner hotel offering the same level of services.
• Any Extra Charges: Some hotels may require a credit card upon check-in to guarantee any extra services (e.g., minibar, spa access). The card will be released upon check-out.
• Check-out reminder: Please remember to check out on the morning of your last day, immediately after breakfast.

ITINERARY FLEXIBILITY & SAFETY

• Changes to the itinerary: The itinerary may be subject to change before and/or during the tour for organizational reasons., adverse weather conditions (heavy thunderstorms; light rain is not included) or local regulations. No refunds will be given. for changes or failure to implement the program due to the reasons mentioned above.
• Unexpected Closures: In the event of closures that cannot be foreseen at the time of publication of the program, the planned visit will be replaced with other places of interest.
• Physical Requirements & Skills with E-Bikes: It is essential to know how to ride a bike with a minimum level of experience. Carefully check the difficulty level and characteristics of the route. If you have any doubts, please contact us.
• Security Assessment: People deemed unsuitable by our guide (due to inexperience or physical problems that could compromise safety) will not be able to participate in the tour. No refunds will be given to participants deemed unsuitable for safety reasons..

FOOD REQUIREMENTS

• Allergies & Intolerances: Please clearly indicate any allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, vegan) at the time of booking. We will forward your request to the accommodation facilities.
• Personal Precautions: For maximum safety, we recommend bringing a small supply of essential or very specific foods (e.g., gluten-free products) with you.

Clothing & Comfort

• Comfortable and versatile layered clothing, suitable for the season (preferably made of breathable fabrics).
• Complete rain gear (waterproof jacket, pants, and shoe covers).
• Comfortable shoes with non-slip soles for cycling (shoes with smooth soles are not recommended).
• Casual shoes for exploring cities and for evenings out.
• Sunglasses (essential for protection from the sun and useful against insects while cycling).
• Bandana or buff (preferable to a hat, as you will be wearing a helmet).
• A small backpack (for essential items for the day).
• Breathable technical socks (to prevent blisters when walking and cycling).
• A comfortable long-sleeved shirt (great for sun protection or to start the morning feeling cool).
• A light jacket or vest (for variable temperatures in hilly areas).

Health & Wellness

• Any personal medications and generic medicines.
• High protection sunscreen and lip balm.
• Insect repellent.
• Anti-blister plasters.

Essential Accessories

• Camera (to capture breathtaking landscapes).
• Phone charger.
  Reusable water bottle/flask.
• Portable power bank (to recharge your phone/camera during the day).
• Small waterproof case (to protect documents, cash, and your phone from sudden rain).
• European adapter (if necessary).

You can cancel your travel booking without penalty up to 1 month before departure. If you purchased your trip with the “Secure Booking” option, you can cancel your trip up to 1 week before departure and receive a 100% refund.
