👥 Groups and Tour Confirmation

• Minimum number of participants: The tour requires a minimum of 4 participants. If the number is not reached, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
• Maximum Group Size: The limit is set at 8 guests per guide to ensure a personalized experience. We can be flexible (1-2 extra guests) so as not to separate family/group bookings; the tour can still depart with fewer than 6 people.

Route, Safety, and Variations

• Route: The 100% route runs through the historic center and along the Tiber River bike path. Despite the careful selection of routes, it is important to note that light vehicular traffic on the surface is occasionally unavoidable.
• Route variations: In the event of celebrations, official events, or public demonstrations

⚠️ Suitability, Experience, and Discretion

• Riding Experience: You must be able to ride a bicycle confidently.
• Test and Denial: A brief assessment test will be conducted prior to departure. The guide has the absolute right to refuse participation (without refund) to any guest deemed unsuitable due to insufficient driving skills or physical condition.

👶 Children Policy

• Infants: Infants and children (up to 20kg / 44lbs) travel free of charge using a provided child seat.
• Children: Children (under 139 cm / 4 ft 7 in) must use a bike extension (tag-along/trailer).
• Minimum age for e-bikes: The minimum age for riding your own e-bike is 12 years.
